BARCELONA will be able to sign players this summer after FIFA announced that their transfer ban has been put on HOLD pending an appeal.
But after lodging an appeal, football's international governing body has suspended the ban until the disciplinary process is completed.
A FIFA statement said: "The chairman of the FIFA appeal committee considered that the appeal lodged by the club is to be granted suspensive effect."

Arsenal and Manchester United have recently revived their interest in midfielder Cesc Fabregas, who is coming under intense scrutiny from Barca fans.
And with new players now set to come in at the Nou Camp this summer, Fabregas could be sold to raise funds.
Everton could also benefit from the news, with their hopes of keeping loanee Gerard Deulofeu for a second season bolstered.
However, it is just bad news for City - who like United - were hoping to use the block on Barcelona's transfer activity to steal their deal to sign the "new Lionel Messi", Alen Halilovic.
