And she wasn't alone, as Jess's mum Carol joined her daughter for the morning workout.

Wearing matching figure-hugging leggings, trainers and pink vest tops, the two reality TV stars looked more like sisters than mother and daughter.
The Wright ladies were being put through their paces to raise awareness for Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life.

Talking about the event, 28-year-old Jess said: “Everyone who takes part in Race for Life is making a huge difference and helping to beat cancer sooner.

Whilst Nanny Pat joked: “We’ve worked up quite an appetite with that training session... good thing I made some sausage plaits earlier! If an old bird like me can do it, then you can too!
