Ryan Sweeting's wife decided to go for the chop and jump on the bob bandwagon.
Taking to her Instagram account, the 28-year-old gave fans a blow-by-blow account of her day at the hairdressers.
Sporting damp hair and a horrified expression, the actress shared the first snap of her hacked-off locks.
Later, she showed off the finished cut, which had a touch of Jennifer Lawerence about it: "We did it @clsymonds! Now let's get some colour shall we? @andylecomptesalon."
