The X Factor judge will celebrate her 31st at Chiltern Firehouse with food from Jean-Bernard's restaurant

 

CHERYL Cole turns 31 on Monday, and her boyfriend Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini has been pulling out all the stops for a brownie point-scoring birthday surprise.

The restaurant owner is said to be planning to cater for a party this weekend with food from his own eatery, Cosy Box, with his resident DJ Alex Merrell lined up to DJ.

The Daily Star reports that the party is hush-hush (look away now, Chez), but is likely to be held at current celebrity favourite Chiltern Firehouse.

"Cheryl knows there's going to be a party, but doesn't know the details yet," a source told the newspaper.

"She's excited and has already invited her friends along, including Simon Cowell and former Girls Aloud band mates Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts."

There is no word on whether her rival X Factor judges Mel B and Louis Walsh will get an invite.

The insider added: "The best thing about this birthday for Cheryl is that she'll have Jean-Bernard on her arm for the whole weekend.

"She's excited to show him off to her nearest and dearest."

Props to J-Fern for organising the bash, but let's hope the party's not a repeat of Cheryl's boozy 30th in Las Vegas. 

Especially if the boss shows up, Chezza.
