ROD Stewart and wife Penny Lancaster are both Vice Presidents of the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB).

And last night, the pair – who recently celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary – attended the RNIB gala dinner at the London Hilton.

Rod, 69, was dressed in a metallic blue floral jacket while 43-year-old Penny flashed her long pins in a black dress.

The couple were among a whole host of celeb faces including Mark Ronson and Josephine de la Baume.

Gavin and Stacey's Rob Brydon, comedian Lee Mack and Princess Diana's wedding dress designer Elizabeth Emmanuel were also at the charity's event. 

Spiky-haired Rod serenaded guests as they entered the elaborately-dressed ballroom and sang Sinatra classic The Way You Look Tonight.

The event aimed to raise £1million to support its services for blind and partially sighted people across the UK.
