AMY Childs sizzled in recent bikini shots for her swimwear collection which debuted last month.
But the one question on everyone's lips was how did she get that amazing toned tummy and bum?
In an exclusive interview with Amy, 24, the Jump star tells OK! Online how she has achieved her killer bikini body, how readers can look as good as her in a two piece and what she thinks about Lauren Goodger...
Hi Amy, your bikini body is the envy of everyone – how do you achieve it?
"I work really hard to stay fit, I work out three times a week & one of those days includes Spin Class."
Is it a struggle to stay slim?
"No not really. I've always been this size really. I am not very skinny at all, I am a bit curvy and I like that."
If you put on a few pounds what goes through your mind – panic or do you just think sod it and have a biscuit?
"No panic, I think 'oh no' I need to watch what I eat a bit more, or work out for a bit longer."
What made you want to lose weight?
"I think since finishing The Jump I relaxed slightly as the training for that was intense. I noticed I had put on a few pounds and that’s when I heard about this new treatment Hypoxi, which is amazing I had my swimwear launch coming up and needed to tone quite quickly for it."
How much weight have you lost since you upped your training?
"I do not weigh myself, you can drive yourself mad with the scales, it’s about how you feel and look in your clothes."
What’s your current weight/height/dress size?
"I think I am size 8/10 at the moment 8 on the bottom but my boobs make me a 10."
Does the general stress of the media impact on your eating habits?
"Yes it’s hard being in the media you are conscious of your weight a lot of the time, when I am stressed I probably eat less rather than binge. Some people binge don’t they? I'm the opposite."
What are your top bikini tips?
"My top bikini tips would be to moisturise and fake tan before, make sure you have the correct size bikini."
Are you confident in a bikini?
"Yes I am. I'm not the kind of person who covers up with a kaftan or sarong."
What food do you avoid because you’re worried you will put on weight?
"Chocolate I'm not a fan anyway so it’s not hard."
Will you have more surgery?
"No, not unless I have to."
What do you think about Lauren Goodger’s appearance – has she overdone the fillers?
"Lauren looks lovely she always does, I don’t think so."
Do you miss TOWIE?
"It was so long ago, I miss the fun times we had filming but all my friends have left now & I don’t really know anyone."
Will you go back on it?
"I would do a cameo if it fitted with the storyline but I have no plans to at the moment."
