The left-back has enjoyed a fantastic season for the Saints, who all but secured a top-eight finish courtesy of a 2-0 win over Everton at the weekend.
Moreover, Shaw's rising stock saw him named in the PFA Premier League team of the year yesterday alongside team-mate Adam Lallana.
His excellent performances have attracted serious interest from Manchester United and Chelsea, the club he supported as a boy.
But while admitting it is nice to be linked to the Premier League heavyweights, Shaw is determined to continue his footballing development on the South Coast.

"It's a good thing to be linked with them, but I don't concentrate with that stuff," Shaw told Sky Sports.
