TOWIM beauty admits she was 'very upset' about Amy Childs cheating confession and insists she's got 'no interest in winning co-star back'
JAMES Argent and Lydia Bright fooled us into thinking they're set to rekindle their relationship with their cosy Marbs meet-up in the TOWIM premiere on Sunday night.
However, Lydia has confirmed there's no chance of romance between her and Gemma Collins' cupboard buddy blossoming again.
As she opened up about what the future holds for her and her ex-boyfriend, the TOWIM star insisted their relationship is strictly platonic.
"I just want to reach a happy medium where we can be in the same room and not be biting each other’s heads off," she told the Mirror.
The fashion designer went on to say she's got "no interest" whatsoever in "trying to win" her ex-boyfriend back and insisted there's no romantic feelings.
"I think they went a long time ago," she added.
Although the ex-couple are on friendly terms, Lucy Mecklenburgh's mate hasn't forgotten about the hurt and upset Arg caused her after confessing he'd cheated on her with Amy Childs in February.
"I was very upset about it, naturally," she admitted.
Lydia is quite content being single but she's not too keen on mingling with the male members of the ITV2 cast so Arg needn't worry his ex is going to run off with one of his mates.
"I have found having a relationship on the show very hard in the past. It’s not something I would make top of my priorities," she said.
"A boyfriend in general is not something I would make top of my priority list," she added.
