EVERTON boss Roberto Martinez has pulled no punches with his honest appraisal of yesterday's Luis Suarez biting incident.

 

The Toffee boss, alongside former Manchester United legend Ruud van Nistelrooy, described the incident as being of the same ilk as Zinedine Zidane's iconic headbutt - also against Italy.

He said: "This behaviour has already happened two times."

"He has such a controversial way of acting on the football pitch…you cannot justify it.

"There is no doubt of the quality and the talent that he has - he can win games single handed.

"I seriously think that he needs help.

"He needs help because that’s not acceptable on a football pitch.”
