MICHELLE Collins made her final appearance on Coronation Street as Stella in April.

Just under three months later, the actress has bagged herself her next TV gig.

Michelle – who has had multiple roles on both the BBC and ITV – will be appearing in popular Saturday night drama Casualty.

The 52-year-old – who reportedly bid farewell to the Corrie cobbles after she became "unhappy" about her lack of screen time – has scored a guest role on the show.

And the blonde TV beauty has undergone somewhat of a makeover, as this first-look photo shows, swapping her goldilocks for ginger tresses.

Michelle will play a patient called Samantha who is rushed to the ward after being injured while trying to help revive a father having a heart attack.

The former soap star is sure to stir up some drama as she will catch the eye of paramedic Jeff Collier.
