The X Factor duo left 'very badly shaken' and urge young people to 'be very careful around water'

JEDWARD were left stranded off the coast of Co Dublin yesterday.
The pop pair, famous for their ridiculous hair and fifteen minutes of fame on The X Factor, were walking along the sand with their cousin when the tide came in too close.

Panicking, their poor mum called for help and a helicopter was swiftly dispatched to go and help the boys to safety.
The Coast Guard received the call at 11pm and were told that the twins became disorientated when it got dark.
John and Edward Grimes were "very badly shaken" and their mum told the Irish Sun: "I was beside myself."

"What we want to get across is how quickly this all happened," the boys revealed, post trauma.
"This got out of hand before we even realised. We would urge young people to be very careful around water and the sea," John or Edward added.
Fear not, the boys are now safe and sound.
