The unconventional haircut was spotted by a university student who quickly took a picture as he thought it was "hilarious".
It has raised questions whether the bizarre barnet was intentional or if it was because of a bet the unnamed man lost.

He said: "I walked past him and just thought it was hilarious.
"But I turned around and thought; I should definitely get a picture of this."
Mr Morris said the mystery man was not bothered about his crazy haircut and was casually chatting with his friends.
Despite passersby pointing and laughing at the man, Mr Morris thinks whatever his reasons he has done a good thing because it brought a smile to people's faces.
He said: "It seemed to cheer people up, as everyone is pretty down because of revision and deadlines at the moment."
