The pair got back together earlier this month after the 23-year-old love-rat admitted he cheated on her last summer.
In her Star magazine column Ferne, 23, couldn't contain her excitement at the possibility of getting hitched.
"Charlie recently spoke about wanting to propose next year, possibly on the show!
"I want to get married and we need to talk about it, but I don't feel ready yet."
