GEMMA Collins is beating her battle with the bulge after losing more than a stone and a half at boot camp!
The Essex star was tipping the scales at 19 stone but has managed to drop one stone and eight pounds in just SIX DAYS.
Gemma swapped champagne and canapes for hardcore training at the celebrity fitness retreat No 1 Boot Camp in North Norfolk.
OK! Online's exclusive snaps show Gemma going for the burn as military-style trainers put her through her paces.
Wearing a pink vest and black leggings, the 33-year-old shed the unwanted pounds, by undertaking hardcore interval training, including running, sit-ups, yoga, and high-voltage hiking.
Gemma's day began with an exercise class before a breakfast of porridge. The star who wants to get bikini-ready in time for filming TOWIE in 'Marbs' also went on long power walks and even had ice baths.
And she has given up carbs, sugar and processed foods for veg-packed soups, salads and lean protein.
Gemma revealed on Good Morning Britain: "All my life I've done every diet from the maple syrup diet, dieting pills, shake diets, the cabbage soup diet, the egg diet, the grapefruit diet. There's no diet I haven't done. Nothing has worked for me."
The bubbly blonde follows in the footsteps of her ex boyfriend James 'Arg' Argent who has also been whipped into shape at the camp, while Made In Chelsea's Binky Felstead dropped a stone in a week there.
A spokesperson at No 1 Boot Camp said: "Gemma's achievement is amazing, she should feel really proud of herself.
"She is determined to take control of her weight and is an inspiration to bigger women who want to do the same but think the task is too hard.
"She's back with us this week and we're looking forward to helping her lose more weight and continue her healthy eating and exercise buzz."
