CHERYL Cole set tongues wagging when she stepped out with a mystery man in Cannes.
Now, OK! can confirm that the handsome gentleman in question is the star’s new boyfriend and she is "smitten".
His name is Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, he's a successful restuarnt owner and he likes to spend his time between the French Riviera and St Barts.

But there's a catch – he has a notorious reputation as a ladies' man.
Hopefully though, now that he’s in a relationship with one of the most beautiful women in the world, Jean-Bernard will change his ways as poor Cheryl has had more than her fair share of heartache.
Just before she and Jean-Bernard got together, the singer even cryptically tweeted the lyrics “Say something I’m giving up on you” and “Forgive me while I forget you”.
