MANCHESTER CITY are ready to offer £32m plus either Aleksandar Kolarov or Edin Dzeko in a bid to beat Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United to Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.

Reports in Italy suggest that Pogba's agent Mino Raiola is currently in Turin attempting to negotiate a new contract with Juventus.
But with Pogba reportedly demanding the Juve more than double his salary to say, City have made it known that they are prepared to make a massive offer to bring the 21-year-old back to England.
Indeed, City reportedly see Pogba as the long-term replacement for Yaya Toure in midfield and would like him to join sooner rather than later.
Not only are Pogba's £3.6m salary demands (approximately £70,000-a-week) unlikely to be a problem, City are also willing to offer a number of other incentives to get the deal done.
Not only are they willing to offer either Kolarov or Dzeko in addition to a £32m fee, they are also willing to write off the rest of what Juventus owe them for Carlos Tevez.
It is thought that the total deal would amount to a value of £53m.

PSG and Real Madrid are also keen on signing Pogba if an agreement with Juventus cannot be reached, but it seems the Serie A club will still have the opportunity to keep the youngster around for a reasonable price if they can resist offers like City's.
France legend Jean-Pierre Papin recently urged Juve to do everything possible to retain Pogba's services.
He said: "I think Juventus is one of the biggest clubs in the world.
"If they don't keep Pogba, I really don't understand anything anymore.
"If you want to play in the big leagues you have to keep that kind of player.
"Where will you find another player like him? They must clearly do anything to keep him unless they receive an indecent offer."
