The Good Will Hunting actress silences critics of her bikini body with jaw-dropping snap
MINNIE Driver had to put up with some pretty uncalled for criticism of her bikini body earlier this month, after she was snapped on holiday with her family. So much so that the mum-of-one briefly quit Twitter.
But now the Good Will Hunting actress has had the last laugh, returning to the social networking a site to post a jaw-dropping shot of herself appearing naked in US magazine Allure.
Sharing the shoot, in which she protects her modesty with a carefully placed arm and raised leg, Matt Damon's ex wrote: "If you want people to stop taking about how you look in a bikini, let them see you naked. It tends to shut them up:)"
The 44-year-old's original reaction to the haters on 9th April was a series of angry tweets to her 82,000 followers.
"God some people are horrible: you try being photographed when you don't know it's happening, when you're on holiday with your kids," she wrote.
"I'm out of this Twittersphere for a while. It's too mean sometimes, about your body, about your soul. Not worth it."
We have to say we prefer yesterday's birthday suit-based comeback – although we're not sure whether Kristen will be as thrilled!

She later deleted the tweets and stayed silent until Monday, when she tweeted: "Right where was I? Oh yes – Aristotle: 'To avoid criticism, say nothing, do nothing, be nothing.' In deference to this, I think I'll carry on."
