MANCHESTER UNITED have identified their FOUR top targets for the summer transfer window - despite not yet securing a permanent manager.
Interim boss Ryan Giggs is in charge until the end of the season, alongside fellow ex-United stars Nicky Butt, Paul Scholes and Phil Neville.
And while Dutch coach Louis van Gaal remains the heavy favourite to replace David Moyes at Old Trafford, the club face a race against time to secure his services before he heads to Brazil for the World Cup.
But despite the search for Moyes' successor going on, the Red Devils have picked out their summer targets.
Three members of the Glazer family - co-chairman Joel and Avram Glazer and director brother Bryan - are flying in to Manchester today to meet with vice-chairman Ed Woodward, managing director Richard Arnold and fellow board members Sir Alex Ferguson, David Gill and Sir Bobby Charlton to plot the way forward.
Transfers will be high on the agenda, with a squad overhaul planned at Old Trafford.
Express Sport understands that United have four top targets on their wishlist for next season.
Southampton left-back Luke Shaw is wanted as a long-term replacement for Patrice Evra and is expected to cost as much as £30million.
Bayern Munich midfielder Toni Kroos is another top target, although there are growing concerns he will stay with the German giants.
Barcelona star Cesc Fabregas was pursued by United last summer and is wanted again, although former club Arsenal are also keen on bringing him back to the Premier League.
Paris Saint-Germain hitman Edinson Cavani is another wanted at Old Trafford as United look to inject more quality into their squad.
