Chelsea manager Mourinho goes into the second leg of his eighth Champions League semi-final up against Diego Simeone's men at Stamford Bridge.

The Special One is aiming to become the first boss to win Europe's elite club competition with three different teams.

The Portuguese has won only twice in his previous seven semi-finals, losing the last three in succession.

As he locks horns with Simeone with the tie poised delicately at 0-0, Express Sport examines how Mourinho's sides have fared in the competition at this stage.
