Chloe Maisey also claims she was once locked inside a freezer by a male colleague at the award-winning restaurant run by Stephen Terry.
Yesterday she told an employment tribunal how she left her dream job after being bombarded with lewd comments.
She says she had to change into her chef’s whites in full view of colleagues.
She said: “There were no female changing rooms so I was forced to change in front of the male chefs.
“They would all be watching me.
"They stared at me and made comments about my body.
“They called me fat and made comments about my boobs.”
Miss Maisey, 19, joined The Hardwick Restaurant & Rooms as a trainee pastry chef fresh from college but resigned after three months last August.
None of her claims relate to TV regular Mr Terry, 47, but he denies 21 allegations of sex discrimination because he is the owner of the venue in Abergavenny, South Wales.
Miss Maisey, of Pontyclun, told the Cardiff tribunal: “A male colleague slapped my bum.”

Describing the freezer incident with a male colleague she said: “He shut the lid on me and I could not get out.
“I was really scared and upset. I was so shocked he had done it to me.”
She went on: “There were no other female members of staff in the kitchen that I could turn to.
"Ifelt like they targeted me because I was the only girl.”
Miss Maisey, who is now pregnant, claimed staff rubbed fish into her face and poured salt and pepper into her hair.
She says she was deliberately burned on the arm with a hot metal tray and squirted with hot water which burned her back.
She said: “It felt like my back was on fire.
"When I fell over, everyone laughed.”
Asked why she had not reported the incidents to Mr Terry she said: “I was ashamed of what was happening and did not want to tell anyone.”
The teenager’s mother, Pauline, claimed Mr Terry did not deal adequately with complaints, dismissing some as “banter”.
Welsh-born Mr Terry trained under Marco Pierre White and bagged his first Michelin star at the age of 25. The tribunal continues.
