FANS watched in horror last night as he was brought to his knees with a heart attack, and things are set to get even more dramatic for EastEnders' David Wicks.

A new trailer released by the BBC shows David (played by Michael French) writhing in pain as stepdaughter Bianca desperately tries to get the car started in order to drive him to the hospital.
In true Bianca style, the redhead can be heard shouting and screaming as she attempts to drive off, while her younger sister, Sonia, comforts David in the backseat.
David first started having a heart attack in last night's episode on the day of his wedding to Carol Jackson, and it was Bianca and Sonia who found him, but did they find him in time?

Earlier this month it was revealed that Michael French would once again be bowing out from the BBC One soap - so perhaps his health scare does turn out to be fateful.
An EastEnders spokesperson confirmed on May 17 that he would be leading, but show bosses are keen to keep further details under wraps.
According to reports, Michael only ever agreed to a short stint when he returned to EastEnders last autumn.
He later agreed to extend his deal when Dominic Treadwell-Collins arrived as executive producer, but it was always the plan for him to leave this year.
