TRANSFER NEWS: Arsenal's Di Maria bid, Remy wants Chelsea move & Liverpool in Saints raid


ARSENAL are looking to beat Manchester United and Manchester City to Angel Di Maria by placing a formal bid while Loic Remy favours a move to Chelsea ahead of Arsenal or Liverpool. Elsewhere, Philipp Lahm has urged the Gunners to get a better striker, West Ham have moved a step closer to signing Cristiano Ronaldo and Kim Kallstrom wants an Emirates return.
