The Google-owned service have taken down more than 20 recordings after the clips violated their terms of service regarding threatening violence.
One of his latest clips, a manifesto that detailed the crimes he would commit, was taken down soon after his drive-by shootings on Friday in California.
But other videos had stayed up on his channel until yesterday afternoon.
Titles of the clips that had remained online included "My reaction to seeing a young couple at the beach, Envy" and "Life is so unfair because girls don't want me".
The news comes as the father of a model blamed by the killer for his hatred of women has spoken out against the killer's claims about his daughter.

Rodger branded Monette Moio an "evil b****" and claimed in a rambling 141-page manifesto that she "teased and ridiculed" him.
He also revealed plans to kill his six-year-old step-brother, because he feared that the child would have the life he always wanted, as well as his stepmother.

In a “Day of Retribution”, Rodger enacted his "revenge" on those he felt had wronged him throughout his life by going on a murderous rampage in Santa Barbara on Friday.
The 22-year-old stabbed three friends to death at his home before shooting three others dead as he drove through a university campus in his BMW.
After exchanging gunfire with police, he was found dead inside his crashed vehicle with a gunshot wound to the head.
In his hate-filled, lengthy manifesto, Rodgers claimed that Ms Monette's influence was part of the reason he carried out the massacre.
But the model’s father has hit out at the murderer's claims, saying that his daughter had not seen Rodger since she was a child.

The pair are believed to have met in seventh grade.
Hollywood stuntman John Moio said: "She was ten years old for God's sake - she can barely remember the guy. He's a sociopath. She hasn't seen him since school.
"She's devastated over the whole thing.
"It's like she's being implicated in this terrible tragedy for something she hasn't done and can't remember."

Speaking from his home in West Hills, California, he said that Rodger's claims that his daughter teased him were simply not possible.
He said: "How is a ten-year-old girl going to bully a 12-year-old boy? Maybe the girls she hung around with did poke fun at him, but they were kids.
"My daughter was not a bully, she's one of the sweetest people you could ever meet. She probably rejected his aggressive advances. If you want to call that bullying then fine.
"He was weird then and he's weird now.
"He had a secret crush on her, but she was completely unaware of him. She had no idea... If you think about it, he could have killed her, he could have come after her.
"I was hands on at that school and I don't remember him. She just remembers that he was a strange kid, she knew he wasn't a normal type person, but there are a lot of people like that at that age."
He also said that he felt some sympathy for the killer, because he was not receiving the psychological help he needed, as well as for his parents and victims.
Rodger, who had Asperger's Syndrome, was the son of Peter Rodger, the assistant director of hit film series The Hunger Games.
In his manifesto, the young killer also blamed other girls for the way they treated him and went on a tirade about his hatred for women.
He named another classmate whom he blamed and described his emotion when he found pictures of her with her boyfriend on Facebook.
He wrote: "As I looked at all the pictures of the two of them together, I shivered with pure hatred... I wanted to kill both of them, and I was capable of doing it. [The girl] should have been mine, and if I can't have her, no one should!"
He ranted about women who dated "obnoxious brutes" instead of himself, "the perfect gentleman".
He went on to bemoan the fact that he had never had a romantic encounter with a woman.
He said: "I'm 22 years old and I'm still a virgin. I've never even kissed a girl."
"College is the time when everyone experiences those things such as sex and fun and pleasure. But in those years I've had to rot in loneliness.
"It's not fair. You girls have never been attracted to me. I don't know why you girls aren't attracted to me. But I will punish you all for it."
