Should City win all three of their remaining fixtures they will lift the title, but the Reds will hope for a favour from Merseyside rivals Everton on Saturday (5:30pm).
Chelsea host Norwich on Sunday (4pm) as Jose Mourinho's side look to keep themselves in the Premier League hunt following their Champions League exit to Atletico Madrid.
