Hesitantly making her way over to the large animal, the 33-year-old looked positively terrified as she held out her hand and let the camel eat out of her palm.
At one point, she even covered her eyes with her script with a look of our terror on her face.
But that wasn't the only scary part of the day for the pretty blonde, who later went on to hold a tarantula, which was wearing a hat.
Holly looked stunning as she presented the show, which moved from the usual studios and headed outside so that the animals could get in on the TV action.
Wearing a stylish blue coat, the bubbly presenter looked positively radiant as she proudly showed off her baby bump in a navy blue dress
Holly announced she was expecting her third child last month, and recently opened up about telling her two children, Harry, 3, and Belle, 2, that they were going to have a brother or sister.
Speaking on This Morning, she said: ""It was lovely to tell the children, actually. When Belle came along, Harry was not even two yet, so he didn't really get it.
"This time he gets it and he came downstairs, and I was just waking up, and he went, "I just wanted to come down and make sure you and the baby are OK." It melts your heart! It's all lovely."
"We feel blessed and very lucky to be giving Belle and Harry a little brother or sister later this year."
