Rapper is planning a royal-themed baby shower for her first pregnancy

LIL Kim revealed she's expecting a baby girl in a new Instagram snap – which she posted up last Sunday.
The 39-year-old self-proclaimed Queen of Rap announced her baby-to-be's gender after she posted up a copy of the invite for her upcoming baby shower on May 10th.

"Happy Easter everyone!" Kim wrote alongside the It's a Girl royal-themed graphic invite which featured a sassy jewelled crown, a Hello Kitty cat and plenty of pink.
She added: "What a perfect day to share this wonderful news with U. The fab @davidtutera (event planner) is throwing my royal baby shower for my lil' princess 5/10/14!!"
Lil Kim, whose real name is Kimberly Jones, first debuted her surprise baby bump at a Mac Cosmetics after party during New York's Mercedes-Benz Fashion week back in February.
Talking to US Weekly after her shock pregnancy was revealed, the pint-sized pop star said she was looking forward to having her first child.

"I can't wait to be a mom," she gushed to the magazine.

The rapper also said having a baby won't slow down her "hardcore" work ethic and said: "I'm still going to be hardcore. The baby has made me even more of a beast!"
The Hip Hop star has kept us guessing over the identity of her childs father, however she has been romantically linked to New-York based rapper Mr Papers since June 2012.
