Moss, 40, who looked stunning in a black trouser suit, wished her fans "happy shopping" before they crammed into the store.
Radio One DJ Nick Grimshaw, Cara Delevigne, Sienna Miller and Jaime Winstone were also on hand for the launch of her first collection in four years.

Referring to the screaming crowd, she added: "I just want everyone to find something from the collection that they love… this is mental."
Philip Green, CEO of the Arcadia Group which owns Topshop, said: "I am personally thrilled that Kate wanted to come back to Topshop to work with us again. The first time around was such a lot of fun and she has been sorely missed."
The collection, which is inspired by the Balearics isles, goes on sale around the country from tomorrow morning.
It will also be available online at Mecca Net-a-Porter.
