The supermodel unveiled her 15th set of designs for the leading high street store at the Oxford Circus branch in London.
And the popularity of her clothes has shown no sign of slowing if the number of fashionistas who queued for hours to attend the launch is anything to go by.
Moss, 40, who looked stunning in a black trouser suit, wished her fans "happy shopping" before they crammed into the store.
Radio One DJ Nick Grimshaw, Cara Delevigne, Sienna Miller and Jaime Winstone were also on hand for the launch of her first collection in four years.

The model said: "I have really missed being involved in the design process, and working with the team at Topshop.
"I am very excited to create a new collection that bears my name. Now more than ever, with London being at the forefront of fashion, as it feels like I’m back home working with Topshop."
Referring to the screaming crowd, she added: "I just want everyone to find something from the collection that they love… this is mental."
Philip Green, CEO of the Arcadia Group which owns Topshop, said: "I am personally thrilled that Kate wanted to come back to Topshop to work with us again. The first time around was such a lot of fun and she has been sorely missed."
The collection, which is inspired by the Balearics isles, goes on sale around the country from tomorrow morning.
It will also be available online at Mecca Net-a-Porter.
