Reports in Spain suggest that the trio will be sold in a bid to boost the transfer kitty available to incoming boss Luis Enrique.
Enrique is thought to have been handed £50m to spend on new players, but told that figure can be supplemented through player sales.
And with Enrique believing that as many as seven new players could be required at the Camp Nou, Fabregas, Alves and Sanchez look like being the players to make way.
Fabregas is wanted by Manchester United as well as former club Arsenal, and, despite his affection for Barcelona, the 27-year-old could opt to return to England if Enrique makes it clear the midfielder is not part of his plans.
Luis Enrique is looking to boost his summer transfer kitty
Alves, meanwhile, has been linked with a move to Chelsea in the past but looks increasingly likely to make a move to PSG this summer, where he could be joined by both David Luiz and Eden Hazard.
Juventus are thought to lead the chase for Sanchez but recent reports out of Spain suggest that Liverpool and Tottenham are both stepping up their efforts to land the Chilean forward.
Indeed, Sanchez is thought to have agreed to join Juve in principle but the Italian club is yet to agree a fee with Barca, potentially opening the door for Liverpool or Spurs to swoop.
For Barcelona's part they hope to add PSG defender Marquinhos, Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke and Juventus forward Fernando Llorente as part of a massive summer reboot at the Catalan club.
