Week 4: It's been quite the whirlwind week!
Wow! What a busy bee I’ve been. I’m actually falling asleep writing this because I haven’t stopped but weeks like this are few and far between, so I’m taking it in my stride.
The wedding of the year
It’s Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s wedding tomorrow and I can’t wait to see the pics as I’m a bit of a fan of the Kardashians. You either love them or hate them but I say fair play to Kim.
She and her family have built one heck of an empire for, let's face it, not really doing anything other than selling themselves.
I just feel for Rob who was forced to defend himself after becoming the target of horrible weight jokes.
I hope he’s OK and gets his life back on track. Plus, he knows where I am if he needs a personal trainer. (That was a joke – I'm sure they can afford someone better than me!)

Mingling with Michelle Keegan
I joined the Coronation Street star at Lorraine Kelly’s High Street Fashion Awards on Wednesday. MIchelle Keegan looked lush in a very flattering, baby pink pencil skirt and high-neck silver top.
She has to be one of the most naturally beautiful girls I've ever seen in the flesh. What a b****!? Haha.
I had a great evening catching up with Liz McClarnon and Suzanne Shaw and I squeezed into my first size 8 dress. It was an orange number by a brand called Tempest Fashion and it got a lot of compliments.
I cheated and teamed it with my new Mulberry bag. I know, what a show off? But hey, it’s a little gift to me.
I then ran off to it to a party for my hairdresser friend Inanch. I’m actually travelling to Istanbul next month to shoot her new hair extension range – Gold Class Hair – and I'm really excited to combine a bit of work with a few days in the sun, whoop!

Congrats, Natasha Hamilton!
My pregnant friend let slip she and Ritchie Neville are expecting a little girl – before it became public knowledge – and I couldn’t be happier for her.
She obviously has three very handsome boys but I think every woman at some point – whether they admit it or not – would love a little daughter to dress up.
I'm sure Natasha will make sure Ritchie is fully prepared for her arrival, they make a very beautiful couple.
Congrats, honey.

A diet confession
With this week being full on, I’ve actually put on a couple of pounds – definitely not what I wanted to see on the scales this morning, that’s for sure.
The thing is, I only have myself to blame. No one is forcing me to eat everything put in front of me – desserts and all – and no one else is making me drink all the free wine, it's only me.
I still have a bit to go before I fit back into those skinny jeans so I need to get my will power back.
I found this old photo of me post-Faith's birth and I’m determined to be in as good a shape within the next 4-5 weeks. Fingers crossed.
I'm hoping to get a system in place where I can go to the gym more or just work out at home more. I may even invest in a spinning bike so I can exercise while the babies are having their naps.
I'm determined to regain my figure pre-Faith's birth but it's going to take a lot of hard work [Michelle Heaton]

My heart goes out to Billie Faiers
The TOWIE mum-to-be revealed she feared she'd lost her baby in this week's Entertain9jar Magazine and I can't even imagine how she must have felt.
Having had baby AJ and seeing him sick at such a young age must bear some resemblance but no one feels pain like a parent losing a child or seeing their child in pain.
I wish her all the luck in the world and I hope the baby arrives safely.

The kids are angels, according to Hugh
Hugh kept sending me pictures of AJ and Faith while I was away and this one's my fave.

He said after a weekend of playing mummy: "I don’t know what you complain about… the kids were angels and I had no stress at all!"
I gave it to him easy, I only told him to look after the kids. Try combining it with cooking, cleaning, washing, ironing and writing blogs… men, eh!? They can't multi-task, that’s the problem.
AJ is turning into such a character – he's so full of happiness and smiles.
He even gave me my first six-hour sleep the other night as he's dropped one of his night bottles. Thank you AJ! The bags under my eyes thank you even more.
I only wish Hugh would do more night feeds but he does work very long hours, so I let him off. Except for at weekends, then AJ is his.
My big stage moment
It was the release of my Active Pregnancy DVD last weekend so off I trotted to Birmingham for The Baby Show. It was amazing but hard work.
Not only was I at my stand from opening until closing time for three days straight, but I also took to the stage.

I did a 20-minute presentation educating women on fitness in pregnancy as well as a live demonstration.
Hugh and the kids came down to support me and Faith even jumped on stage. She’s quite the little show off.
This is her copying me while I was posing for a photographer, hand on hip and everything and she's not even two and a half yet. What a little diva!

Rubbing shoulders with TV’s biggest stars
I left The Baby Show in Birmingham at 3pm on Sunday and was on the TV BAFTAs red carpet in London at 5pm!
It was quite the mission to get ready on the train and my eyeliner wasn’t exactly straight but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.
My amazing husband drove all the way into town to meet me from my train so I could get ready in the car on the way. He really is one heck of a guy. But so is Mr Grey!
I had the pleasure of meeting Mr 50 Shades – Jamie Dornan – himself and even managed to sneak a photo with him. I can't wait to see him in action, if you get me, girls.
I was even more delighted to meet Mr Selfridge actor Jeremy Piven – he couldn't have been nicer to me and Jessica.
