Making sure the diamond ring was the centre of attention, Katherine wore a simple navy dress and a pair of black tights for her appearance, giving her look an air of elegance and poise.
She teamed the frock, which featured a scalloped-edge white collar, with an oversized black handbag and a pair of skyscraper heels while keeping her hair back in a simple ponytail.
Katherine looked in great spirits as she happily chatted away to fans and posed for pictures, smiling widely before making her way into the London venue.
Last month, the 33-year-old announced that she was set to wed her American beau Andrew Levitas, after a whirlwind romance.
Speaking about the recent proposal, a source close to Katherine said: "Andrew proposed in the Hamptons at his family home on Tuesday. It has been a whirlwind romance but both families are absolutely thrilled."
She wrote: "Thank you for all your lovely wishes of congratulations. They mean so much to us. Happy Easter!"
Katherine only went public with the film director and university professor a month ago when she brought him to watch as she collected her OBE at Buckingham Palace.
Levitas is an acclaimed artist, and is the director of the Amy Adams and Jessica Brown-Findlay film Lullaby, which is due for release this year. He also lectures in the arts at New York University.
