The 30-year-old star was spotted leaving a hair salon in Beverly Hills yesterday, and had certainly made an effort for her appointment.
The fomer Girls Aloud singer exited the building showing off plenty of leg and cleavage in a black, lace minidress that fell way above her knee.
Despite the glorious Californian sunshine, Cheryl teamed the tiny garment with a black sheer bomber-style jacket that she left unzipped.

Cheryl accessorised her laid-back look with a pair of aviator sunglasses and shunned high heels for a pair of bronze metallic sandals.
Her blonde hair was pulled round to one side, and her extensions had clearly been blowdried to perfection by one of Hollywood's top hairdressers.
But despite having been pampered, Cheryl kept a serious face as she left the salon and was clearly feeling philosophical yesterday.
Before revealing to her fans via Twitter that she was in "writing mode", the singer posted a few heartfelt tweets including one which read: "The world might be a better place if we tried understanding peoples reasons rather than judging their actions."
