A disturbing clip of Brad Pitt's partner has emerged in which she cuts a frail figure as she paces up and down the living room of her NYC apartment while rambling on the phone, supposedly speaking to her dad.

The video is said to have been shot – with Angelina's permission – by convicted drug dealer Franklin Meyer in 1999 after dropping off a supply of heroin and cocaine to the actress' home.

Dressed in a long, black dress, the worryingly thin and bleary-eyed mum-of-six is seen picking at her marked skin with her filthy fingernails while walking around her dingy, littered-covered flat.

Although the meaning of Angelina's words are unclear, it appears she's talking about a family issue.

The 39-year-old rarely pauses for air in the video while the television plays in the background.

Angelina looks in dire need of a good night's sleep and a hearty meal as her face is haggard and her arms are emaciated.

The scene is thought to be from the Maleficent star's 'darker' days which she previously confessed that it's a miracle she lived to tell the tale.
