CLAIRE Sweeney looked every inch the glowing mum-to-be when she attended the Pudsey The Dog: The Movie in London on Sunday.

Claire, who is due to give birth to her son in October, looked radiant in a long grey dress that clung to her baby bump.

And despite her very obvious tummy, the former Brookside actress opted to wear a pair of heels.

The 43-year-old recently opened up exclusively to Entertain9jar about expecting her first baby with ex Fiancé Daniel Riley.

Despite calling off her engagement, the former Brookside actress insisted: "I love being pregnant – it just feels exactly the right time in my life."

The blonde star initially kept her pregnancy quiet until she'd had her three-month scan as she's previously suffered two miscarriages.

And she explained that even though the couple were no longer together, Daniel was delighted at the prospect of becoming a Dad.

She said : "He was thrilled and said it was the best news he'd had in his life."

"Everyone looks at me and thinks 'oh no they've soil up, what a nightmare,' but we're fine."

Claire even shared with us the sex and name of her baby.

She told us excitedly: 'I'm having a boy and I'm calling him Gabriel because he's my little angel sent from heaven."
