Snapping a sneak-peek picture from a recent photoshoot, the Essex brunette unveiled an impressive six pack in a pink crop top.

Showing off her toned arms and ridiculous tummy, it's clear to see Lucy is one very proud body owner.

And when Mario Falcone's ex-girlfriend isn't training for the new gymnastics programme, she's busy squatting and star jumping in a field as apart of her Results With Lucy Bootycamp.

Having just completed her first day camp in Essex, Lucy tweeted: "What a day at our 1 day Bootycamp. It was hard it was fun and we definitely felt the love.
