Forget G-strings and even C-strings: Shibue strapless panties are barely there #TheElitePartyinJuly #IRepEntertain9jarBlog #RIPBrazil via @myentertain9jar

SEXY, functional and classy - or a step too far in the craze for barely-there underwear? Introducing strapless knickers...

You might think the Shibue is more knicker-bocker-gory than pretty and seductive.
Designed by Shibue Couture, it is descibed as a "non line strapless panty" and is perfect for those who "worry about VPL".
It has already taken the US by storm, having barely covered the modesty of catwalk models in New York, Kate Upton and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, as well as the cast of Fifty Shades Of Grey.
And now it's on its way to the UK - ready to take up very little room in our underwear drawers.

The creators say it was made so ladies can "wear what they want without showing unsightly underwear lines and bulges", but we reckon it would just be easier to go commando.
The Shibue is a piece of fabric held in place by washable and re-usable soft silicone gel on the front and back.

It twists underneath your private parts and promises to leave a "clean, smooth silhouette".
The manufacturers also reckon it's okay to wear "everyday".
But how do you use the loo? Shibue says all you need to do is peel away one end, go about your business and then reapply.

The Shibue comes in a range of patterns and colours including, classic mocha, red and blush - which is exactly how we feel about wearing it.
So, would you Shibue?
