GUY Ritchie and fiancée Jacqui Ainsley have welcomed their third child into the world.

The British director's partner is thought to have given birth very recently but the pair have kept all the details very hush-hush.

Madonna's ex-husband is apparently over the moon about his little bundle of joy.

According to Us Weekly, the loved-up couple welcomed their third child but will not reveal the baby's name or gender.

Guy, 45, and Jacqui, 32, already have son Rafael, two, and 18-month-old daughter Rivka.

The movie director also has son Rocco, 13, with his ex-wife Madonna and adopted son David, who is eight.
Guy popped the question to Jacqui in 2012 but we're guessing they've been far too busy with their mummy and daddy duties to start wedding planning.
