BARCELONA are planning a summer clear-out that could see Cesc Fabregas leave the club and Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham could benefit from PSG's pursuit of Chelsea's Eden Hazard. Elsewhere, Arsenal, United and City have been told to stump up £32m for Mehdi Benatia and Brendan Rodgers will spend this summer to put Liverpool back amongst the European footballing elite.
