Harry, 29, chatted with television star, model and comedian Sabrina Sato during a reception for the Queen's birthday party and was all smiles when she asked him to join her for carnival season next year.
"We really enjoyed chatting," Sabrina, 33, said.
"I invited him to come to carnival in February and he said he would come.
"I will show him how we party in Brazil."

This is my second visit to Brazil and I am delighted to have the opportunity to explore a little more of this wonderfully vibrant and fascinating country

Sabrina, who wore a figure-hugging cream minidress and six-inch Louboutin heels at the event at the Great Britain Centre in the city's Pinheiros district, said she had a soft spot for the Prince since he first visited the country in 2012.
"This is the second time he has been in Brazil and I love how he has shown great care and love for the country," she said.
"You can tell by watching and listening to him how passionate he is about the country.
"When he takes parts in events here you can tell he is genuine and not just doing it because it is his work.

"He has passion and I find that really impressive."
She added: "He's extremely handsome and a real gentleman."
The model currently stars on the popular variety show Panic on TV and made headlines in 2013 for giving a cast of her shapely rear to singer Justin Timberlake during a television interview.
She is also known for her risque carnival costumes and has posed nude for Playboy Brasil twice.
She was at the event on Wednesday night to represent the showbiz industry in Brazil and joined 450 other guests - including Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio - at the glamorous reception.
He was also joined by British Ambassador to Brazil, Alex Ellis [PA]
Harry, dressed in a smart navy suit and powder blue tie, made a speech, speaking fondly of his time in Brazil.
"This is my second visit to Brazil and I am delighted to have the opportunity to explore a little more of this wonderfully vibrant and fascinating country.
"In particular, to be here in the city of São Paulo, the economic hub of Brazil and one of the biggest cities in the world," he said.
"Once again, I have been struck by the warmth of the welcome I have received, in Brasilia, Belo Horizonte and here in São Paolo, a place which has a long history of links to the United Kingdom.
"In 1894 a Brazilian man of British ancestry, Charles Miller, brought a rule book and a football with him from the United Kingdom.

"The rest, as you know, is football history.
"What we invented, Brazil perfected.
"In the UK we would like to think of this as an act of typical British generosity, but in truth, it is more an act of typical Brazilian creativity, which I hope will bring you huge success in your World Cup.
"The story of football shows what the partnership between the UK and Brazil can do."

The Prince was speaking hours after admitting he had been overwhelmed by meeting children who had lost parents to crime and drugs during a visit to a project called Acer in Diadema, one of São Paulo's tough neighbourhoods.
In his speech he spoke of how he had been moved by that and other parts of his trip.
"Lastly, I would just like to say how much I have enjoyed the last few days here in this passionate country," he said.
He admitted that the children's stories reduced him to tears [PA]
"From watching Brazil play football in front of 70,000 screaming fans, to planting trees in the Atlantic Forest, it has all made me love this country even more since my last visit to Rio two years ago.
"Some of the children's stories in Diadema have reduced me to tears, but the smiles on their faces show the positive impact their community is having on them and the success of Acer.
"When I am here I feel like one of you and for that I thank you."
