In fact, she has vowed to not find out whether she'll be painting her nursery blue or pink before the tot arrives this summer.
But, as she rocked up at a VIP tea party for The Health Lottery this afternoon, the former Girls Aloud singer had no such dilemma about her outfit, and confidently dressed herself in top-to-toe blue.
The mum-to-be teamed a figure-hugging lace dress and blue heels with a white clutch as she posed on the red carpet.
She was joined by a host of celebrities at The Savoy in central London for the charity bash.
And speaking to OK! Online in an exclusive interview about baby names, she said: "I've got two short lists for girls and boys but I'm not going to share any. I haven't decided yet. I need to see the baby and see how I feel."
Casey Batchelor, Chantelle Houghton, Sinitta, Amy Willerton and Amy Childs were just a few of the other star guests at the event, hosted by Simon Cowell and Health Lottery owner Richard Desmond.
Simon's girlfriend Lauren Silverman was also a guest of honour, and beamed as she posed with Simon on the red carpet – although the new parents left their baby, Eric, at home.
Ashley Roberts, Lizzie Cundy, Sian Welby, Anne Diamond and Vanessa Feltz were also at the party, along with representatives from more than 30 charities helped by The Health Lottery.
To date, more than 1,300 projects have received funding from The Health Lottery, while players have won almost £80m.
That sounds like cause for celebration to us.
